Hosting and technical delivery

This static website is hosted with Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Delivery can process technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system, and security diagnostics to provide and protect the site.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in reliable and secure delivery. Hosting and security retention is controlled by the provider and limited to operational, abuse-prevention, and legal needs.

Optional Firebase Analytics

Firebase Analytics is disabled by default and initializes only after you select Allow analytics. If allowed, Google may process page URL and title, device and browser information, interaction events, approximate location derived from technical data, and pseudonymous analytics identifiers. We do not send email addresses, form values, vehicle-selector values, or free text.

The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(1) TDDDG. Google Ireland Limited is a recipient and processing by Google LLC in the United States can use applicable transfer safeguards, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

Use the persistent Privacy settings button to withdraw or reconsider consent. Withdrawal stops future collection and does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Local storage and retention

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser under website-analytics-consent until you change it or clear browser storage. Analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics property settings and is not combined by FitmentIQ Auto with directly identifying account data.

FitmentIQ Auto has no user accounts, contact form, email capture, or saved vehicle profile and does not operate a newsletter. The checklist is delivered directly without registration. If you email us, the message is used to answer it and meet applicable record-keeping duties.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by contacting [email protected]. You may withdraw consent at any time.

You may also complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. For the controller’s Berlin establishment, the competent authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
